The collaboration model we are exploring
We are interested in discussing how specialist providers could supply underlying processing and related services within a clearly agreed structure. An initial conversation should establish complementary roles rather than assume that any relationship or service scope already exists.
Areas for an initial discussion
Useful topics include merchant eligibility and countries, processing and acquiring responsibilities, supported payment methods, onboarding assessment, integration architecture, transaction information, refund and dispute handling, and settlement arrangements. Operational ownership and escalation routes are as important as technical connectivity. Commercial terms and approvals would be assessed through the relevant partnership process.
Information that helps assess a fit
Introduce your organization, the role you are proposing, the countries and merchant activities you can consider, and the appropriate contact person. Outline the service scope and any material integration or operating requirements at a high level. Do not include confidential contracts, credentials, or sensitive records in the initial enquiry. A suitable next step can establish how detailed information will be exchanged.
A direct partnership enquiry path
Use the partnership enquiry type on the Contact page or email the configured business contact. We can then discuss scope, responsibility boundaries, assessment needs, and possible technical alignment. This invitation is an opportunity to explore collaboration, not a claim of a signed partnership, licence, or confirmed processing capability.
